We greatly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. The staff were all super-friendly and exceptionally pleasant. The location was excellent to the old town area. The room was newly furnished and reasonably large, with a wonderful bathroom.

The food in the restaurant was really good, and they had a special tasting menu made by a famous chef. We tried some amazing dishes. The bed was super comfy, and the balcony had a great view of the castle. 🏰

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff greeted us warmly with exceptional service. Leeloo, in particular, was amazing as she assisted us with finding local restaurants, extending our stay, and even locating currency exchange locations. Her excellent English skills were a great help. The comfort of the bed was top-notch, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the nice touch of having water available in the welcoming lobby area.

This place is superbly maintained and offers an array of amenities that enhance comfort and quality. The room itself was very, very nice, and it was evident that the hotel takes great care in its upkeep.

The single room was equipped with a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a writing table. The breakfast had a variety of delicious items like salads and cheeses, and it had all I needed. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant throughout my stay.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and proper heating. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome gift of bottles of wine and a fruit basket in the room. The location was fantastic, with the river and town square just a short walk away. Despite some minor inconveniences like a brief internet outage and construction noise, the hotel provided earplugs and it didn't affect our overall experience. We also enjoyed the convenient breakfast options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, great location, and comfortable accommodations.

The rooms are not demanding and have an unpleasant smell. For the money, I expected more.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Würzburg. The location was perfect, right in the center with easy access to restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with wonderful bathrooms that had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was simply delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every appetite.

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was wonderful and clean, had lovely views, wonderful location to all tourist sights. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a safe box, television and a mini-fridge-bar. Location: the venue was not far from the center of Würzburg, a long hike, and the various attractions. Broiler bar Mr Lammbock was located 5 minutes walk away.
